(improvement) Cycle Mode could use scaling

I have a Raspberry Pi with a 7" display and noticed that the cycle feature shows cameras at full size. My cameras are at 1280x720 so the cycle images are too big for the Pi's screen and at this point in time there is no option for scaling available
I know simple html and tried to play a bit with the code but ... its more complicated than my level of knowledge ... I think this would be a good improvement .. probably my setup isn't popular but I'm sure I'm not the only one who could benefit from having the ability to scale the images that are shown when in cycle view.
