State go to Inactive

Hi I have a Zoneminder 1.31.1 running.
All works but after some minutes of hours the state of zoneminder go from running to inactive and I cannot see the live from cameras??
Can you say me why this happen??

What does the log tell you? Did your server run out of memory?

It is possible the system go to inactive for load? I see the load go to over 8.0....
It is an intel atom 1.33Ghz 1 core...

the load is 8 with a single core CPU?? Wow..yes that does indicate something. Is the server memory is overflowing. what does the /dev/shm numbers look like?

/dev/shm is near 100%.....
so the problem is the Ram??
