Hello everybody.
I do run
ZoneMinder, v1.30.4.Linux 4.9.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.65-3+deb9u1 (2017-12-23) x86_64
This machine is a virtual machine under XEN.

I am running 4 MPEG stream cameras and all is fine except montage review.
From montage review I only get video if I am in the live mode otherwise I get white no data screens, including when the time cursor overlaps marke events on the time line.

Any suggestions? How do I open a bug report?

Based on what you've told us in your other threads, this is not likely a bug in the sense there is something we can fix in the source code.
What you need is help troubleshooting this on your end. Feel free to continue that conversation in your other threads.
