adding monitor.

I just installed ZoneMinder V1.31.44 on Ubuntu server 18.04. It looking to be running OK. I have test my IP camera with VLC and its working. I tryed clicking on the +ADD bottom and nothing happens. I have looked at the older web page and the new version does not have add monitor just +ADD.

I am at a lost. I have tested this on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 brower and I get the same display. I have turn off pop-up blocker on all the browser I tested.

Just adding some more info. the Ubuntu server 18.04 has a clean load before I have installed ZoneMinder.

Seems to be a problem with this new testing release of ZM 1.31.x
