where is the error ?

I've had that same message from one of my hi k vision cameras and found the by resetting the camera it seems to go away.

I had remote method as TCP

and
rtsp://xxxx:yyyy@192.168.1.17:554/Streaming/Channels/101?transportmode=mcast&profile=Profile_1

all of the above set up by ONIV probe

Unable to open input rtsp://admin:12345@192.168.1.17:554/Streaming/Channels/101?transportmode=mcast&profile=Profile_1 due to: Connection timed out

I think you were on the write track with your previous url, less the // in the middle.
I use the tcp transport, not UDP.

However, the model you list is an analog cam. https://www.hikvision.com/en/Products/A ... 2T-IT1/IT3, so not sure how that all works.
