Hello. Why is the timestamp zoneminder when viewed through the Web interface, but is missing in the video itself, if you download it? Used "H264 Camera Passthrough". If the solution other than the inclusion of a timestamp on all cameras?

because passthrough just takes the video from the camera and writes it to disk. In order to put the timestamp on it, you have to decode, apply timestamp then rec-encode. Takes a ton of cpu.
