Dear All - Happy New Year!
I have a question below hopefully can get your guidance:
For personal reasons I have changed the path of my ZM via Apache conf file (I access my ZM via https://x.com/houseguard instead of https://x.com/zm). It used to work well from all functionalities. In the last weeks or so I suddenly realised I couldn’t view the events anymore, when I go to Console, clicked on one of the events, it shows “the video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported”. When I read the source code, the video link was pointing to a path https://x.com/zm/index.php?mode=mpeg&... which causes the issue. I have access to frame by frame photos, can download video but not viewing from that page.
How can I change this to redirect to https://x.com/houseguard instead?

Re: Cannot view event
I have the same problem, would love to know how to solve it.
Re: Cannot view event
I am running on a Libre ARM 64 Renegade. And cannot view events. When I download the events manually and try with VLC, also cannot view the events. VLC is silent and won't play. Windows media player throw an error and dies on the files. I suspect this has something to do with some of the supporting image libraries on the Renegade:

Team - Just wanted to follow up if anyone may have a solution? Thanks!
Re: Cannot view event
Hello... this looks like there is a incorrect path set or an Alias is missing in the Apache configuration. What does the virtual host block in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/somefile.conf look like? is there an Alias set to point the new path to the actual path?
Re: Cannot view event
Thank you rockedge. I checked Apache settings think it should be ok. Guess the issue may have been ZM settings not Apache. I think if I type in new path and it doesn’t work, it is Apache issue; if ZM redirects me to an old path, that is ZM settings problem.rockedge wrote: ↑Thu Jan 17, 2019 3:07 pm Hello... this looks like there is a incorrect path set or an Alias is missing in the Apache configuration. Is it something related to conf files under /etc/ZM? Again it was working perfectly in the past...
Thanks

I think this issue is now resolved. Thank you!
