zmeventnotification should NOT send alarm as Monitor is excluded

hello ,
this is the message i get in the log and notifications isn't coming
zmeventnotification[24660].INF [main:582] [should NOT send alarm as Monitor 7 is excluded]

I have delete and re-add monitors multiple time but all of them are excluded !

How and where i can include monitors in order to get push notifications

ZmNinja->settings->event server and make sure monitor 7 is checked.

ZMNinja Eventserver monitor was already selected
(removing, restarting and re-checking did not fix this)

Editing tokens.txt to include (underlined added) worked.
<token>:1,2,3,4:0,0,0,0:ios:enabled
