RTSP settings on Axis M5525-e

We are using ZM Version 1.25 running on CentOS. Trying to add some Axis M5525-e cameras into the mix, but I am having no success. here is my testing setup - anyone have any experience with these?

rtsp://root:pass@192.168.223.101/onvif-media/media.amp?profile=profile_1_h264&sessiontimeout=60&streamtype=unicast
BUT you must create ONVIF user on the camera. Log on the to the camera, go to System and create the user under ONVIF.
This is working for me on v 1.32.3

So I'm having problems with this setup. Logs state that
Unable to open input rtsp://root:12345@10.10.10.243/onvif-media/media.amp?profile=profile_1_h264&sessiontimeout=60&streamtype=unicast due to: Operation now in progress
Any ideas what causes this? What is your general setup like? Using Ffmpg?

So I figured it out - you need a user and profile on the camera for ONVIF. Now my last issue is controlling PZT with ZM - any advice? I tried Axis v2 driver and it did not seem to work.
