Unable to Delete Event - ZM Filter

Hi,
I have come across a very weird issue lately and the error message is as attached in the screenshot
This particular filter worked perfectly for me just a week ago. I decided to reinstall the system and now this error seems persistent, i cant seem to find out where i am going wrong, any advice will be greatly appreciated
