Hello, I have installed ZoneMinder 1.32.3 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS following this shell script.

The only problem I have and I cannot figure it out, is that in all modes, even in Modect mode (except in None), with 0 zones, ZM is still in Capturing mode but it doesn't really create event files (it creates video files only if I force alarms).

I have to monitor only this IP camera. If I disable it, it shows:

I tried to reinstall ZoneMinder or delete and re-add the camera, but no luck.
Before, I had an HDD with same OS and it was fully working. I bought an SSD and installed all from zero, but I have only this problem.

I have formatted and reinstalled Ubuntu server 18.04.2 LTS and reinstalled ZM from zero, but the same problem.
I think it's a bug, but I didn't find no one with the same problem.

That's correct I believe. All modes apart from "None" are capturing. Capturing doesn't necessarily mean recording.
