Strange picture distortion
I cant seem to find anyone else pointing out this issue, or maybe I don't know the term to search for. But some of my images are corrupted, and I don't know why. I am running 1.32.3 and have two wifi cameras with ffmpeg going to jpg. If I export to video it will be the same issue. Anyone seen this before, or know what I am looking at?

I have no idea why, but maybe you can sell copies at the next art fair. I've seen a lot worse hanging on gallery walls.
