another newbie trying to install zoneminder on raspberry p 4

Hi all... i am trying to install zoneminder on raspberry pi 4
and i am getting this in status window in putty
ERR ['zmfilter.pl --filter_id=1 --daemon' exited abnormally, exit status 9]
Dec 10 17:28:49 raspberrypi zmdc[694]: ERR ['zmfilter.pl --filter_id=1 --daemon' exited abnormally, exit status 9]
Dec 10 17:28:49 raspberrypi zmdc[694]: ERR ['zmfilter.pl --filter_id=2 --daemon' exited abnormally, exit status 9]
what can i do to correct this
i installed it by the info on this page https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Raspberry_Pi_4_-_Raspbian
