Here is how I have the camera setup in my environment

First thing to do is define the IP address.
I found that adding the device to dhcp using manual allocation worked quite well considering that no initial IP address was provided.

Log on to the camera using the assigned IP address
Username: admin
no password

Camera variables:
Basic Settings:
Stream: Clear
Resolution: 2048 x 1536
Frame Rate: 30
Max Bitrate: 6144
H.264 Profile: Main
Stream: Fluent
Resolution: 640 x 480
Frame Rate: 10
Max Bitrate: 160
H.264 Profile: Main

Zoneminder Variables:
General:
Source Type: Ffmpeg
Max FPS (?): null
Alarm Max FPS (?): null
Source:
Source Path: rstp://{username:password}@{IPaddress}
Method (?): TCP
