Docker subforum

Is the Docker Sub-Forum locked on purpose? I've looked for where id expect to see "how to get an invite" or permission, and didnt see anything, which is making me wonder--- is that private on purpose?
if so, where is an appropriate place to post questions about docker support?

I just tested it, never having looked in there before :-
"Docker
You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum."
This happened accidentally on one of the other sub-fora, it was a permission issue I think ...
