Need advice on camera and PoE switch

Hi,
I have recently gained some interest in setting up my own home security system using my FreeNAS 11.3 and ZoneMinder.
Scratching my head when it comes selecting camera(s) and PoE switch though.
I am aware you can spend big $ on sheit like this, but with very limited funds I need to look at some budget options that at least can offer decent day/night quality pics/vids around my house.

Keep reading posts of people sourcing decent ip cameras from Amazon, but the ones I found refuse to ship to Australia - so it appears Im stuck with what I can find in oz and/or fleabay.

So found this bullet camera and 6 port PoE switch *only 4 actually PoE* and wonder
1. will this switch handle 4 cameras *see link*
2. will the camera work with ZoneMinder
