herospeed camera configuration

Hi All,
I'm configuring a Herospeed camera (based on sony starvis) https://www.digitaldirectsecurity.co.uk ... a-8mp.html
I have it generally working, but only at 1080p. If I set it at 4k it doesn't work (It just says "Not Running"
At 1080p I get the following error though "Monitor dimensions are 1920x1080 but camera is sending 3840x2160"
Maybe related to "2020-05-04 15:18:29 zmdc 4005 WAR Can't find process with command of 'zma -m 11' zmdc.pl" when it is set at 4k.
Any suggestions for what I can try?
