I have bought a nice outdoor HD cam from TPTEK company.

This model has two streams:

HD: rtsp://admin:passwd@IPaddress:554//11
SD: rtsp://admin:passwd@IPaddress:554//12

The photo of HD screen is on:
http://admin:passwd@IPaddress/tmpfs/auto.jpg

Hopefully somebody can use this info ;-)
