Zoneminder distorted image..

Hello new here. I have been using zoneminder on my unraid system for just over a week now. Installed and running fine until the last two days. My system is as follows:
Model: Dell Poweredge T310
M/B: Dell Inc. 02P9X9 Version A05 - s/n: ..CN137401CI01ZH.
BIOS: Dell Inc. Version 1.14.0. Dated: 06/11/2018
CPU: Intel® Xeon® CPU X3430 @ 2.40GHz
HVM: Enabled
IOMMU: Enabled
Cache: 128 KiB, 1024 KiB, 8192 KiB
Memory: 32 GiB DDR3 Multi-bit ECC (max. installable capacity 32 GiB)
Network: bond0: fault-tolerance (active-backup), mtu 1500
eth0: 1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500
eth1: 1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500
eth2: interface down
Kernel: Linux 4.19.107-Unraid x86_64
I have a 500gb SSD installed as cache and also a 4tb parity, and 3x2tb sata hdd.
I have zoneminder setup to write to the cache.
I am using a FOSCAM R2 1080p ip camera through wireless interface. The signal is strong and I have no problem viewing the live link using RTSP as source. I'm guessing that there is a problem writing the file to disk and the video gets distorted somewhere along the way.
Has anyone else encountered this before and know how to fix it? I dont have the strongest of systems I know and no HW Decoder but am trying to get by with what I have.
Thanks.
