Noob trying to get zoneminder stable

Hello,
I've been working to get ZoneMinder stable off and on for the last month or so. My efforts have been fairly casual during the pandemic because I havn't been traveling much. I just found out that I've got a business trip here in a few weeks so I'd like to get my system working better before I leave.
I have ZoneMinder running as a VM on a Dell R710 In XenServer. In the midst of my configs I just started throwing resources at it to see how it would respond. I'll likely take some resources away when I can get a good and stable config. Last night I think I made some better progress with lowering the frame rate. Here is what I have so far:
XenServer 20 cores running at 2.4Ghz with 36Gigs of memory
5 (2xreolink RLC-420 and 3xE1) cameras running 2560 x 1920 6fps and Image Buffer at 60
1 HikVision DS-HD1 camera running 1536 x 2048 with an Image Buffer at 65 (looking into the frame rate currently running ~15fps)
The doorbell camera has been working fine in Zoneminder. There are times where the others don't look right. When I reduced the frame rate the issue decreased in frequency and length however it still happens. I've attached a couple of screenshots. Are there more adustments that I need to make to the cameras? Or is this an issue with my setup in ZoneMinder?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
