Events not playing follow up events in Firefox

When I want to view my events with Firefox it was playing all the follow up events, now it just played one event at a time.
This happens only with my older cams, the latest cams with sound play as expected.
Also setting the language under options is not working.
We use Ubuntu 16.04LTS
