Can't login new install on Debian GNU/Linux 9 DVR tty1, it's keep saying incorrect username and password, i tried zmuser and zmpass doesn't work.

Where do I find "In the console, click on Options->System"

The default login for Zoneminder is
user = admin
password = admin
Depending on the configuration, there is either a menu bar on top of the page
or if selected in Options->Web->WEB_NAVBAR_TYPE :
The Menu is to the right click on the button with 3 horizontal lines
