Latest update Zoneminder master 1.35.5~20200815203623-focal seems to be OK

I have tested the latest Zoneminder master 1.35.5~20200815203623-focal today with a USB camera monitor ,using the docker repository bkjaya1952/zoneminder-master-docker-latest . https://hub.docker.com/r/bkjaya1952/zon ... ker-latest
1. No problem in creating USB camera monitor.
2. Motion detection events can be viewable . Video creation is OK.
3. E-mailing and uploading events can be done.
The Zoneminder master 1.35.5~20200815203623-focal seems to be running nicely .

Time to go break something!

I have been working on a Filter update that will allow filer rules that act before and after the SQL executes. So things like DiskSpace > 95% don't involve SQL and I can check all storage areas before even hitting the sql server. Also, the Post Conditions allow for things like Exists In File Sytem which is useful for cleaning up after a crash without using zmaudit.

After that I think things will get really unstable. Enough so that I'm thinking of releasing 1.36 before getting too much more crazy.

Maybe fix the single camera recent events so it not only selects (list) the right ones, but also plays the right ones before release?
