Cannot view events

Hi
Upgraded from (1.35.9~20201002160506-bionic) over (1.35.6~20200925160318-bionic)
Now events are not playing. Only show a still image. No errors in the logs.
From the Event pop-up window the Video option and Export don't work either.
On Montage Review the events play just fine.

Sorry, no logs in /var/log
Here are the logs within zm web page. Nothing has changed in the config from before the upgrade and Module cgi already enabled.

Still from event window:
1. Video --> Generate video doesn't work. It just sits there. The 'Close' button doesn't work either, the only way to close the window is with the X
2. Export not working.

playback does not work
in web -
Event was not found at /var/cache/zoneminder/events7tb/13/2020-10-08/219873. It is unlikely that playback will be possible.
