Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE

I am looking to get the Hikvision DS-2DE2A404IW-DE working in zoneminder. I have been able to get the streaming video, but as of yet I am unable to control the PTZ. Has anybody been able to accomplish this task yet?

The manual suggests it defaults to pelco-d at 9600 8n1 no parity or flow control.
Page 120. I don't have one, but noticed that seems to be common.

The entry for control device is likely wrong. It is hard to determine the correct value.

I have a DS-2DE4A425IW-DE and I can control it from ZM and ZMNinja.
It's worth checking the advertised capabilities - http://<camera_ip>/ISAPI/PTZCtrl/channels/1/capabilities
I set web auth to digest/basic and also created a dedicated user.
Click the Edit link next to Control Type and edit HikVision to let it know the capabilities.
