1.34.23 Weblog entries change order upon auto refresh

1.34.23 Weblog entries change order upon auto refresh. This makes it appear that fresh errors/warnings etc are scrolling in but really it is the same messages being reordered. This happens even if they have the same timestamp.
This confused me upon upgrading and I thought I was continually getting errors when in fact it was just the initial restart errors. I should have looked more closely at the timestamps instead of just assuming it was a scroll of new errors.
