I've been running 1.34 for many years and due to some issues on my part ended up corrupting the database. So I figured might as well start fresh and go with 1.35. I saved what was left of my database so at least I have the old config as I have some oddball cameras that took some tweaking to get working.
So I did a fresh Ubuntu 20 install.
Installed 1.34 using the repo add-apt-repository ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-1.34
Then I was thinking, hey I should just go to 1.35 since I am starting over. So I enabled the 1.35 repo and did a apt-get upgrade zoneminder.
That all seemed to work but now when I go to add a camera, only the general tab works. The others just don't go anywhere. I don't mine just blowing it all away and starting fresh with 1.35 or 1.34. It's not critical production, so I would prefer cool features over 100% stable.
Advice on what to do?

Not entirely clear what all you did, but did you clear cookies on whatever browser you were using?
Re: 1.35 Upgrade Issues
Somehow along the line my sessions table wasn't right. I recreated it and all is good.

1.34 didn't use a sessions table....Hmm...
