Video works only on zmNinja...

Hi.
I've got a problem configuring ZM. After installing ZM i could see video from my camera only at server where zm was installed. I tried many things from different tutorials, and now i've got video only on zmNinja at my phone, but i can't view it on any computer...
Can somebody help me?
