I was told that most Axis cameras will work. I am quite new here but manage to get a couple of M3025-VE to work with relative ease. Perhaps, if you will tell us where you got stuck. Below please find a manual for your camera. All required information might well be in there.

Perhaps if you will tell what have you tried.

If I understand you correctly, you have installed Zoneminder correctly according to https://zoneminder.readthedocs.io/en/st ... index.html.

What left to be done is camera settings https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Dummies_Guide. Do follow the latter step-by-step. If you will tell which particular step you have trouble with and what are your current settings. Except you will need to replace some settings by the information from Axis 223M Users Manual https://www.axis.com/en-gb/products/axi ... umentation.

A few of the most important settings are under:

Console > YOUR_CAMERA > General > Source Type = Ffmpeg

AND

Console > YOUR_CAMERA > Source > ...

Source Path = rtsp://username:password@192.168.0.xxx/mpeg4/media.amp (I'm purely guessing here)
Capture Resolution (pixels) = 1600x1200 2MP
