Missing repository 1.34

My server runs on linux buster. My Zoneminer installation has been corrupted and I'm trying to reinstall it. As before, I use the instructions on the website https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Debian_10_B ... 4_Repoease
or https://zoneminder.readthedocs.io/en/st ... ebian.html

Problem - I can't get to the repository at https://zmrepo.zoneminder.com/debian/release-1.34 (message - You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe).

Where can I download zoneminder version 1.34 for linux buster?
