Hello, I have a problem with the company I work for, we have zoneminder in version v1.34.21 and I can't record the videos of the recordings in it, is it possible to do this in this version or in another? I can only download some actions in images, no video. I need to save video and audio.

If you have physical access, you can copy the file(s) directly off the events storage disk, if the camera was set up properly.
