Zoneminder master 1.37.1~20210830133533-bionic - Can't install [ Solved ]

The Zoneminder master 1.37.1~20210830133533-bionic released today ( 31-8-2021) can not be installed due to some missing dependent software .
Please see the error logs below.

I don't know what libnghttp is . the issue is outside of zm though.

It was my fault. I have made a mistake when updating my docker repository

The Zoneminder master 1.37.1~20210830133533-bionic is working perfectly !

The Zoneminder master 1.37.1~20210830133533-bionic is working perfectly !
Are you running anything using Video Writer with h264 libx264?
On my focal install all the frames are scrunched into the first couple of seconds of the mp4, or it has just the first frame for the whole thing.
Reverting to 1.36.5 on the same machine makes it work ok. I suppose it's related to a different version of ffmpeg.

I neglected to check this after the previous update - it was working on that and continues to work with today's 1.37.1~20210925142851-focal
