Apparently I didn't finish this release notification, so here it is....

- fix logout modal not appearing when too many sessions in sessions table
- fix remote monitors not restarting when Function = None leaving them running.

- fix sorting of in progress events when sorting by EndDateTime
- Allow cakephp cache engine to be set during build
- remove code to control analysis fps that sleeps as it is no longer relevant. Should help memory use.
