Execute script on alarm

Hello,

is there an easy way to execute a script immediately on alarm without zmeventnotification?
e.g.if alarm on monitor 3 then execute /usr/bin/motion3.sh

Honestly it would be about 4 lines of code to add but no one has ever been bothered to either add it or pay for someone to add it.
