RTSP server

Hey all,
I've noticed that under monitor settings, misc section there are some options for RTSP server.
I assume you can connect via rtsp to the camera via zoneminder but I cannot find any documentation on this.
Is that the idea behind those options? Would it work with a decoding disabled monitor?
Any ideas?
