New setup - I think I have what I need

I'm planning to get 4 x Reolink RLC-510A powered by a POE switch.
The cameras are IEEE 802.3af, 48V Active - the switch does POE+ IEEE 802.3af/at
My bandwidth calculations total about 10 MB/s storage bandwidth and network bandwidth of about 80 Mb/s - the POE switch will have a 1G connection to the server doing the recording.
The server to be used for recording runs at about 5% load (spikes to 20%) - 2x CPU E5-2620 v2 (6 cores each).
A simple dd test gets me 30MB/s.
Historically, the disks are used at about 140-190 bps.
The system has about 20TB free.
I have missed something?
What junction boxes do you recommend? I found these OH-J4 which seem a decent price (US$10 each).
Thank you
