I just posted an announcement about it.

It contains release candidates for stable branch. So 1.36.10 + fixes for testing before release.

I encourage you to use it if you are afraid of development branch.

Thanks, I just use zoneminder as a hobby with 1 camera at my house
I was going to install a 16 camera system in a place I was going to build, but health issues paused it.
Never broke ground, but hopeful
