Shortly after installing ZM I started getting these errors when the disk purge function started running. It's as if the purge is running but for some reason, they are not being removed from the DB.
Some posts suggest that they will tidy themselves up eventually but the date of the error keeps moving forward and the errors keep coming.
This is my storage definition. I have not changed it from the default but it is interesting that it shows "0 events using 0.00 bytes"
Can anyone help? There are pages and pages of these which I would really like to address as the log was green before the disk space started to fill up.
Everything else seems fine. Can anyone help?
Diskspace: Event does not exist
Re: Diskspace: Event does not exist
There is a bug in 1.36.10 where if you are moving events from one storage area to another it won't update the db so ZM will get confused. zmaudit will fix the reference but your logs will be spammed. Fix will be in 1.36.11 tomorrow.
If that isn't the problem, then.... I don't know. Look in your logs to find out what is deleting the events. You can also check the filters, make sure the Update Disk Space is operating in descending order (newest first) and and delete filters are operating in ascending mode (oldest first).
