Hi,

i am trying to add my brand new camera hikvision in ZM
I did some test with VLC and it is working with rtsp below:

rtsp://user:pwd@192.168.1.64:554/Streaming/Channels/101

Now trying in ZM 1.36 i catch all the time :

Unable to stream

Please help me

Is your source type set to ffmpeg?

You sure about that URL?
Try rtsp://user:pass@ip:554/Streaming/Channels/1

make sure whatever the cam is spitting out among what you get from
/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -codecs

and are you attempting hwacel on this? turn that off .. you should be using ffmpeg as the source and that's the location in line 2 of my reply. check the zmc(monitor#).log and see if FFMPEG is complaining about something.
