Filter will not move events

I have a filter setup to move events to another storage if disk percent is over 65, I lowered the percentage to test it and nothing moved, it does not log any errors that I see, it simply presents the list of events.

If I remove "disk percent greater than", I am able to move from or to either disk

I see also that I am continuously gaining new filter ID's that are running, I am up to 55 currently.

I'm at a loss, I had used this filter for a long time on my previous install

Turn off concurrently.

Nope, my brother and I watched the debug of the filter, disc percent is getting the percentage without the hard drive metadata.

Zoneminder percentages include metadata but for some reason disc percent reads from a different spot.

Do I have a bad file somewhere I can fix?
