v1.37.12 - video corruption fixed.

I thought I would let you know that the video corruption at 1x zoom and above, which I reported earlier, is no longer present.
I can watch events with no issues at 4x zoom.
I can watch events on zmNinja (an obsolete iPhone App which uses the API) with no corruption.
With regard to viewing event, I still have issues with the video player buttons, however.
* Pause does not work at all
* when viewing an event and the event playback has finished, the play button does nothing
* the << rewind button does nothing
* the >> fast forward button does nothing
* the |< previous button appears to work
* the >| next button appears to work
