Reolink RLC-811A working (not fully tested)

Hello,
I am new to ZoneMinder.

I have a Reolink RLC-811A working. I have not tried every setting, but hopefully this provides value to someone. I did not see this camera listed on the site prior to purchasing. I got tripped up on the Reolink firmware- it said don't close window during restart and stayed on that screen for a hour. I opened another browser window and it showed the new firmware. You can hold the button down for a bit to reset static ip. Also, you need to turn on RSTP but I did not see the vertical scrollbar and you need to scroll down.

ZoneMinder version v1.36.14 running on Debian 11.

I am open to trying different settings if it helps. Currently I have one camera on a very old computer and it is stressing out but again, willing to help this community where I can.

Thanks, I had the same problem.
The first 811A had RTSP turned on, but this one did not (longer setup page).
I used: rtsp: ... /h265Preview_01_main
But now with 4 4K cams connected to a computer with 32GB memory the memory usage went from 87% to 96% with errors.
So I stopped the record always on 2 cams, and motion detection was out of the question.
Now memory usage is 75 to 80% and swap 1GB.

I've seen this sort of thing on a few different cams. Makes me wonder if some are returns, or they have inconsistent tests or something.
I only know that because I often buy two or three of the "same" camera when it's on sale.

I wonder that you can get a h264 stream. Is it really h264? I ask because the 8xx series on the Reolink Homepage only show me h265. I am about to purchase a Camera for Zoneminder soon, so I stepped down from 4K to the 510A from Reolink because it offers 2 h264 streams.
I want h264 because of Browser and zmNinja compatibility... but if the 4K models (8xx series) offer h265 AND h264, I could step up to 4K and maybe colour night vision (RLC-812A) maybe...
