ZM 1.36.17 bionic 'Found locked packet'

I have ZM 1.36.17 running on Ubuntu server 18.04.6 just fine.
However, within a few seconds of startup I get over 100 error messages on 4 camera setup as follows: 'Found locked packet when trying to free up video packets...' Then everything is normal

I never had this issue before though it may have appeared from ZM 1.36.16

What does it mean, can I adjust settings or is a daemon starting too early?

Generally this either means that my code is bad, or event writing is too slow. In my systems contention on the Events table is a problem, or we are dealing with a 4k camera where it literally takes too long to write out the alarm snapshot jpegs.

Given the age and size of your system, I'm guessing that my code is bad. Could be any of the others though. Would need a debug level 4 log to tell.
