https usable camera

Is there anything these days like an https camera (for a reasonable cost)?
ie can connect/control/configure (safely) through a web browser.
Sick of all the pseudo cameras that need proprietry apps/stuff to connect to.

http on ones that can work with CamHipro and similar.

Hikvision or clones have a web UI for config etc.
