Hello,
tonight packages were installed. Unfortunately ZM shows only a white image-no errors in the log.

php-intl ist schon die neueste Version (2:8.1+92+0~20220117.43+debian10~1.gbpe0d14e).

after i activated the intl in php.ini there are no more errors. however the login page is still empty.

You will need to restart apache after installing php-intl

Have you tried appending index.php?view=login ?

same issue here after upgrade,
did full system update
then restarted Apache
All working.

+1 here...Had a system that worked perfectly for several months, and did a routine system update (Ubuntu 22.4) ZM 1.36.19->20
got the same error.
php=intl is already installed.
Apache2 restarted, Zoneminder restarted (and appears to be running!!) but 500 error when attempting to log-in
System rebooted (I know, I know) made no difference)
As I am not a computer person, I don't know what else to post, but happy to provide such info as you might need
Same reference to line 142 in the error log...

This is not really a routine update. It's quite a big release with significant changes.
My set-up - I run Ubuntu 20.04 and will stay on that as it's still under support. I'm running ZM 1.36.19 and I've held updates (as usual). I'm watching for ZM 1.36.21 in the hope that'll sort things.
I'd have a look at downgrading and then sit tight until the storm has passed.

I'm sure the php packages got mixed up. You have to remove and reinstall it for sure. I'll give it a try tomorrow.
