Hi everyone, I made a clean installation of ZM and Event server following the official guides. I get a few errors that I cannot understand.
i have many token errors, zm ninja does not report events that are correctly seen on zm, and i have many errors on reconnecting the video stream of a camera. it is installed on a vm esxi ubuntu server 18.04 with 4vcpu and 16 ram, these are the errors

Try current version first - 1.36.21

I update to 1.36.21 and see lot error

i see a lot of errore (log attached) and on zmninja not recive notification fro event

You seem to have things in there that don't exist in 1.36.x versions.

now i recive the notifify on app, but error Unable to authenticate user. error decoding JWT token:Expired tokenUnable to authenticate user. error decoding JWT token:Expired token is still there and i dont have any idea for resolve them.

ZM can’t fix that. It’s a client problem.
