ZM upgrade 1.36.21 to 1.36.23 multiple failures

Was running ZM 1.36.21 on Ubuntu server 18.04.6 Bionic - all OK . Today upgraded to 1.36.23. During upgrade received warning:
>Warning The unit file, source configuration file or drop-ins ... changed on disk Run 'systemctl daemon-reload' to reload units
System pretty much broken. Random stopping of all cameras, Montage: random camera stopping and starting. Multiple errors in logs for all cameras:
1. Memory map file /dev/shm/zm.mmap.5 does not exist
2. Command 'zmc -m5' removed from pending list
3. Shared data size conflict in shared_data for monitor Flank Wall
4. Did not find a second keyframe in packet in the packet queue
5. Found locked packet when trying to free up video
6. You have set the max video packets in the queue to 20
Any ideas?
