I have tested the latest Zoneminder master 1.37.21~20220901080804 released today for focal and bionic versions and found the following problems.

1 . 1.37.21~20220901080804-focal on Ubuntu focal - USB monitor cannot be created. error logs are attached below

2. 1.37.21~20220901080804-bionic on Ubuntu bionic - cannot be installed please see the following figure for the errors

Sorry I have missed the new feature MQTT .
When MQTT is enabled the problem solved
Now the USB monitor canbe created on Zoneminder master - focal

Today I have tested 1.37.21~20220907093200-bionic on Ubuntu bionic and found that the problem in installing has been solved.
