Just got my new ANNKE dvr and cameras today and there finally setup and working with zoneminder. Switched from wifi to hard wire now for better stability. I currently have them display in greyscale but color does work too. There is no need to use there app just a quick setup with the dvr and adjust a few settings is all the setup needed. I did switch streams from h265 to h264, adjusted FPS, and disabled audio which can be done in settings.

DVR Model: DW81KD purchased from walmart there product code is AU-DW81KD000-V4-OP
Cameras Model: C51BL purchased from ebay
Main Stream: rtsp://user:pass@yourip:yourport/H264/ch1/main/av_stream
Sub Stream: rtsp://user:pass@yourip:yourport/H264/ch1/sub/av_stream

I went ahead and disabled the IFR also too shoot through a window at night as I'm in a apartment. If you're interested in doing that you need too remove 3 phillip head screws, and this is the wire to disconnect.
