View 'server' does not exist

Hello!

I installed ZM 1.36.32 on a new server. Configured the language and authentication. I go to "Options"-"Servers" to add a new server. I fill in all the fields. Click on the "Save" button and I get a white screen in my browser.
In the logfile I see this:

How do I fix it?

Big thanks! But don't work for me
I copied the index.php file from version 1.36.26 and everything worked without changing any other files.
Probably a bad idea, but it works so far.
